Job Description
A famous company in Belgium intend to recruit  skilled CNC professionals for various roles, including CNC Programmers, CNC Benders, Millers, and Turners.

The tasks may involve:
·         Receiving technical plans and setting up CNC machines accordingly.
·         Programming and adjusting CNC machines using systems like Siemens, Heidenhain, LVD, Trumpf, and Fanuc.
·         Producing unique pieces and small series with a high focus on quality and precision.
·         Modifying CNC programs when necessary.
·         Ensuring the quality of finished goods through detailed checks.
·         Working independently and as part of a team.
Profiles and Requirements:
For all roles:
·         Relevant experience in CNC programming and operation.
·         Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
·         A strong sense of quality and precision.
·         Ability to work independently without supervision.
·         Good command of the English language.
Additional specific requirements:
·         Experience with programming LVD and/or Trumpf CNC press brakes.
·         Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, G and M codes.
Practical Information and Benefits:
·         Salary: Negotiable based on experience, ranging from €18 to €22 per hour.
Variable:
·         Meal Vouchers: between €4 to €7/working day
·         Eco Vouchers: €100/year.
·         Annual Leave: 20 legal vacation days (must be accrued) + 12 additional ADV days.
·         Work Schedule: Daytime work schedule or shifts, depending on the role and company
·         Bonus: Shift premium of 10% for applicable roles.
·         Permanent Contract: Potential for a permanent contract after a successful probation period of 1 year through Accent.
·         Hospitalization Insurance: Provided upon permanent employment.
·         Company Closures: Mostly 3 or 4 weeks in summer, 1 week from Christmas to New Year, and flexibility for remaining days.
